A LOVELORN pensioner took their very own life after failing in his battle to create their 25-year-old Filipino bride to Calderdale.
Philip Chadwick, 66, of Sackville Street, Todmorden, had been driven to despair following the girl, who he stated had been an intercourse worker in Cyprus, ended up being struggling to obtain a visa to come quickly to Britain.
